"Executive women want to be of service to each other -- supporting each other to strengthen their inner circles and external networks; to create a collaborative space where women make deals that advance their businesses. DealMakers Summit™ accelerates getting introductions and meetings that lead to deal flow. It's better than a business card."
"DealMakers Summit™ is an amazing and unique experience. Each women in the room comes with an ask and has the opportunity to speak to the room and share that ask. This levels the playing field and creates an environment where women are at our best; with something to give and something to gain."
Recognizing that as business people that we are in a business ecosystem together – female professionals, non gender binary and male allies — and considering elements of human difference in our communities, we will focus particularly on supporting women; who’ve historically have been – and remain – underrepresented in technology and consumer financial industries, angel or VC fund leadership, female-founded startups securing capital, and C-suite roles or corporate boardrooms.
Promoting impartiality and fairness within the procedures, processes, and distribution of resources by companies, institutions, or systems so that results-driven lead generation and deal-making is rewarded with fair competition and equitable access to resources. We will tackle equity issues by understanding and addressing the underlying, root causes of economic disparities within the business world that disproportionately disadvantage women financially.
Providing intentional practices that create a welcoming experience for all participants and advocating for business women to participate fully in the decision-making and deal-making processes around the operating budget, business development and sales activities within organizations; also reminding those who’ve achieved executive-leadership roles to lift as they climb, to include and sponsor more women to succeed in contributing to business profitability and the triple bottom line.
DealMakers Summit™ is founded and led by Dianne Juhl -- a tech executive. consumer financial products leader, and entrepreneur. This is Dianne's second company -- and both are designed to empower women financially.
Dianne understands how women flourish when there’s a collective of them -- accomplished and results-driven women working together. She tailors the deal-making methodology to get Summit participants to their goals – or to exceed them – in 70% of interactions; this is higher than other women’s networks or conferences.
DealMakers Summit™ achieves this amazing ROI by resolving three pain points for female deal-makers: loneliness, competition, and deeply-rooted barriers that disproportionately disadvantage women in nearly every business domain. Once resolved, women prosper.
Dianne, together with a community-based Leadership Team, co-creates the DealMakers Summit™ experience and oversees the event's invitation and curation activities.
